Colony House Condominium is part of the iconic Colony Square complex originally designed by the architects Jova / Daniels / Busby as part of the first mixed-use development in the Southeast in the mid 1970’s. The mall component is currently being completely reimagined by North American Properties as a premier destination dining and entertainment location located in the heart of the Midtown Arts district.
